Ten Step Carpet Cleaning Process
Pre-Inspection
If you carpets have not already been inspected, our carpet cleaning operatives will walk through your home or business premises with you to inspect the carpets to be cleaned. They will identify any problematic spots or stains and give you an honest evaluation of the results you can expect from your carpet cleaning
Power Vacuum
Dry soil removal is the most important step in the carpet cleaning process. Your carpets will be vacuumed using our Extractor Vac which is capable of removing much more dry dirt and soil than any domestic or commercial vacuum cleaner available.
Furniture Moving
Our regular pricing structure includes the moving of small, lightweight items of furniture, such as coffee table, chairs etc. Heavier items such as beds, wardrobes and dressers will not be moved or will incur any additional charge.
Pre Spray
A conditioning treatment will then be applied to your carpets to help break down and emulsify any stubborn soiling, thus ensuring you receive a more thorough carpet cleaning experience.
Pre Spot
Potentially difficult spots or stains which have been identified at the inspection stage will then be pre treated using our proprietary spotting solutions, helping increase the chances of successful removal.
Agitation
The preconditioning agent and spotting solutions are then thoroughly brushed through your carpeting by our contra-rotating brushes to ensure maximum coverage.
Soil Extraction
Your carpets are then thoroughly cleaned using our powerful extraction equipment, leaving your carpets clean and, in many cases, dry and ready to use immediately.
Post Spotting
Any remaining spots or stains will now receive extra treatment using our specially designed cleaning solutions. Any marks or spots which remain after pre- and post-spotting and extraction are permanent and not capable of being removed.
Grooming
Finally your carpets will be groomed using our powerful contra-rotating brush machine which lifts the carpet pile and leaving it looking clean and feeling soft and fluffy.
